Affording The Oaks
The founders of The Oaks School regarded socioeconomic diversity as a core educational value, and we remain committed to providing a range of tuition assistance to families seeking an independent TK-6 school education. Keeping The Oaks accessible to a wide cross section of students and families enriches the school environment for all students. We are able to offer qualifying families in need a variety of tuition assistance plans ranging from a few thousand dollars to almost full tuition.
The Char Sadler Financial Aid Endowment has been established to begin growing an on-going funding source for tuition assistance. This endowment provides a strong foundation to support our goal of keeping our community accessible for years to come.
Support Beyond Tuition - The Oaks realizes that the cost of educating a child at an independent school extends beyond tuition. We want all families to have access to and the ability to participate in all aspects of the community.

The Oaks School partners with Clarity to provide families with a secure, streamlined online tuition assistance application process. Clarity’s user-friendly platform guides families through each step of the application and allows them to securely submit the financial information needed for The Oaks’ tuition assistance review. Information submitted through Clarity is shared confidentially with The Oaks Tuition Assistance Committee.
The application is designed to be completed efficiently and conveniently from any device. Before beginning, we recommend gathering your financial documents and reviewing the application requirements to ensure a smooth process.
Families may save their application and return to complete it before submitting. For questions or technical support with the Clarity application, please visit the Clarity Help Center or contact Clarity Support.
The application fee is $65; however, if the fee is a hardship, families may contact the school to inquire about a fee waiver. Beginning August 17, 2026, applications will default to the 2027-2028 school year. If you need to apply for a different year, please contact the school.
