2022-2023 Return to Campus Plan

 

 

To help ensure the health and safety of our students, families, faculty, and staff, we are following the guidelines of the LA County Department of Health and the CDC.  We will continue to review our campus safety protocols so that we may adapt as the situation evolves, loosening or tightening requirements as needed. Our decision-making is guided by our goals of keeping students in-person in classrooms and on-campus and protecting all members of our community.  

 

COVID-19 Vaccinations: All faculty and staff have been vaccinated. All enrolled students must be vaccinated by the start of school on August 30, 2022.

Indoor Air Quality: The Oaks has upgraded the filters on all of our air conditioning units to the highest level possible. Air purifiers have also been placed in each classroom. Doors and windows will remain open while the rooms are occupied. 

Visitors on Campus:  All visitors must provide official proof of vaccination during the check-in process with our security team. We also require visitors to follow the school's current COVID protocols at the time of the visit. 

Exposure Management: Students, employees, and visitors who have had close contact with an individual who has screened positive for symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be notified of the potential exposure by the school. 

Travel:  If you have been recently traveling domestically or internationally, you are required to adhere to the LA County Department of Health guidelines here.
