How to Get Involved

Attend Courageous Conversation Meetings

Courageous Conversation meetings are open to all adult community members. They take place once a month and cover a range of topics and issues surrounding equity, inclusion, justice, action, and belonging. These meetings are led by members of the Multicultural Leadership Committee (faculty members, administrators, and members of the Board).

Incorporate the Guidelines for Inclusivity

Using the language of our guidelines in your conversations with your child(ren) and friends is a wonderful opportunity to support your child(ren) by incorporating the language and practices beyond the classroom. You can read the guidelines here

Become a Room Ambassador

Room ambassadors are the “grassroots” level of work surrounding equity, inclusion, and social justice. They work directly with the faculty of each classroom to support communication with families and the DEI work that is being done on a curricular level.

In alignment with our dedication to continued learning, we are sharing a few different resources for your further exploration of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
